Saturday's weather outlook: more of the same?

By AnnArbor.com Staff

Today is the final day of the Ann Arbor Art Fairs this year, and the weather forecasts sound a lot like yesterday: periods of rain and heat.

The Weather Underground forecast on AnnArbor.com's weather page reads, "Cloudy. Occasional showers and thunderstorms through 11 am...then showers and thunderstorms likely...heavy rainfall possible. Highs 86 to 90...with a heat index around 95. Southwest winds 5 to 10 mph...turning to west. Chance of rain 100 percent."

The hourly forecast from Weather.com shows the chance of rain gradually increasing as the day goes on, peaking around 3 and 4 p.m.

The fairs are open from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. today.
