'Tetherball' announces open casting

By AnnArbor.com Staff

Producers of the independent feature movie comedy "Tetherball," slated to star Andy Dick and Dustin "Screech" Diamond, have announced an open casting call for lead characters and day players this Sunday.

The casting call is slated for 9 a.m. at Bistro Bar and Grill, 4735 Washtenaw.

Applicants just need to show up, though if they have a headshot and resume, that's encouraged. Applicants will receive sides, get a chance to look them over, then read.

Auditioners are encouraged to arrive as early as possible. Shooting is scheduled to begin in the area in early October, lasting for three weeks (Oct. 4-25).
