New Thursday blues series brings Tommy Castro Band to Live at PJ's

The new series brings national names to Live at PJ's, on First Street at Huron, in a smaller (170-seat, 30 standing-room) venue. Each concert features two sets, at 7:30 and 9 p.m.
Tommy Castro, the headliner Nov. 17, is an important figure on the contemporary blues scene, winning 2010 Blues Music Awards for band of the year, artist of the year, album of the year and entertainer of the year.
