 80% of the buildings in the Haitian town of Léogâne\, students and nurse
 s from FSIL were tending to the medical needs of hundreds of Haitians who 
 were injured and homeless.<br />\n<br />\nGuerda Harris of The Back Alley 
 Gourmet plans to serve a traditional Haitian Creole meal\, including red b
 eans with rice\, Caribbean chicken\, Tilapia with Creole sauce\, fried pla
 ntains\, ratatouille\, salad with lime vinaigrette\, and a Haitian sweet p
 otato pudding and cake for dessert. <br />\n<br />\nThe benefit dinner wil
 l also include raffles and a silent auction. If anyone would like to donat
