The University of Michigan Department of Dance hosts its third Paul Taylor Summer Intensive June 19-July 1 2010. This year’s intensive features the six-member Taylor 2 company led by its newly appointed Director and long-time Taylor muse, Ruth Andrien. Ms. Andrien returns to UM having recently restaged Taylor’s Le Sacre du Printemps (The Rehearsal) on the University Dance Company.

Students of the UM-PTSI will perform sections of Taylor repertory learned during the intensive. Ruth Andrien and Angela Kane will again introduce the excerpted works.
