Jainism, the faith of non-violence
By Brent Lofgren
In addition to the previous post on the Unitarian Universalist Church, the Itinerant Chorister also visited the Jain Temple in Farmington Hills this week. Jainism is a minority religion in India with non-violence at its core. Although not a Jain himself, Mahatma Gahdhi was deeply influenced by its teachings.

Thank you for this article, Brent. I learned quite a bit about Jainism through your visit.
