Peter Madcat Ruth: Guest musician at First Congregational Church of Ann Arbor

By Darcy Crain-Polly

Peter Madcat Ruth, Ann Arbor's beloved, Grammy award-winning, virtuoso harmonica player will be a guest musician at the First Congregational Church of Ann Arbor this Sunday, Feb. 27. Peter Madcat Ruth is most well known for his skill on the blues harmonica, but he also is a talented vocalist, and plays the jaw-harp, ukulele, and a number of other folk instruments. You can check out an example of his music on the video below.

Peter will offer special music during our contemporary service beginning at 12:10 p.m. in the sanctuary. The service will celebrate the mission work recently completed by FCC volunteers in Louisiana and will feature blues and folk music.

As part of our worship service, the performance is free and open to the public. Join us for this great opportunity to hear one of Ann Arbor's finest!
