Are you over 55 and interested in meeting people in your community? Visit the Ann Arbor YMCA April 13-16 and enjoy activities that bring adults together and get them moving. Members can bring guests to a series of free classes and workshops. If you're not a member, come in and try out a class or visit our wellness floor!

Wednesday 4/14: Bone density testing (no registration necessary; just drop by the Michigan room); Balance Workshop 11 a.m.-noon.

Thursday 4/15: Strength training with Larry Thomas from 11 a.m.-noon.; Zumba Gold from 12:15-12:45 p.m.

Friday 4/16: Success 101 10-11:15 a.m. Come to this free workshop to learn how the YMCA can help you meet your fitness goals, then register for Spring II classes. We'll hold a member luncheon 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m., where you can learn about volunteer opportunities at the Y.
