Hello Ann Arbor!

My name is Chris Willitts and I am the founder of Mindful Muscle.

In the weeks to come, I will be offering insights on mindful practices such as meditation, yoga and mindful strength training.

I look forward to sharing with you beautiful people my experience with mindfulness and fitness and how integrating these domains can profoundly amplify and enrich your life.

Hopefully my passion for these topics will illuminate something new and visceral for you. To view more info about Mindful Muscle and who I am, just click my picture in the upper-left side.

For my first post here at AnnArbor.com, I feel that it would be most appropriate to offer an article (link below) that offers some guidance on how to start exploring this ancient practice that is increasingly being adopted in modern society.

I would love to hear your thoughts on the article and also about your experience with meditation in the past or present.

Chris is the founder of Mindful Muscle. You can find him on the top of a majestic mountain, legs crossed, eyes closed, and doing his part to elevate our collective consciousness. If you can't find him there, he's probably at one of the local gyms he frequents, going head-to-head with a gorilla. Seriously though, you can contact him at chris(-@-)mindfulmuscle.com or his website: www.mindfulmuscle.com
