Video of Michigan's practice in Tampa high school gymnasium
TAMPA, Fla. -- Denard Robinson didn't tie his shoelaces for Michigan's practice Wednesday, which is nothing out of the ordinary.
What was out of the ordinary: He didn't wear shoes at all.
The Wolverines' first Tampa practice -- and third since arriving in Florida -- was moved into Jesuit High School's gymnasium due to lightning in the area. Players wore pads, but no shoes or helmets.
No. 19 Michigan (8-4) faces No. 11 South Carolina (10-2) on Tuesday in the Outback Bowl.
