@C6 -- the detours are in place and marked. Since it is now after Sept. 3, my question is when will this intersection reopen and the detour on southbound Earhart be eliminated?

If the road is closed, then the detours had better be more than just "planned". They had better be in place...

@Sandy I drive the 3 roundabouts on Maple just about every day and never have any problems. For the last few years, getting off southbound US23 at Geddes during rush hours has been a mess. Many times the traffic would back up onto southbound US23. Hopefully the roundabouts will solve these problems.

That's WAY too many roundabouts that close together. Even Europe doesn't put them that close to each other.

"I can't visualize why a roundabout is needed at the location in the story"...obviously you must not travel that way and have not experienced the traffic situation there. I'm looking forward to this project being complete.

I can't visualize why a roundabout is needed at the location in the story but I'm sure a map will help. Note to city: we really need a roundabout at Nixon/DhuVarren/Green which is offset and more and more traveled. Maybe land around is township which creates logistical problems.

I looked at the PDF and didn't see any maps. It just has the same information as the body of the article above!

Road closing announcements are appreciated with expected duration. Until when?
