Dicken Elementary's Super Science Day includes flying water, microscopes and an estuary

By Stefanie Murray

Dicken Elementary School hosted its annual Super Science Day in conjunction with the Ann Arbor Hands-On Museum in late May, according to an article by the AAPSNews Service.

The visit was part of a museum program that travels around the state to teach students about biology, ecology, physics, chemistry and math.

Among the activities set up in the school's gym, according to the AAPSNews Service report, were a station exploring the use of solids and liquids to create gasses, a "Centripetal Swing," microscope activities and a station to create an estuary.
