The Mock Trial Team A won the state championship title during the Michigan High School Mock Trial Tournament held over the weekend, the AAPS News Service reported.

A total of 10 teams competed. The Community High team beat Kalamazoo Central, the defending state champions, to win the crown. The group will advance to a national tournament, to be held in May on Philadephia, according to the news service.
