New solar roof panel, windows and storefront signage to be considered by Historic District Commission
Applications for the following projects were submitted to Ann Arbor's Historic District Commission for review earlier this month. They will be considered at the HDC's Aug. 12 meeting and need the group's approval to proceed.
The commission meets on the second Thursday of each month at 7 p.m. on the second floor of City Hall. Click on the address to see the project's application in the city's online permit tracking system:
308 S. State St.: Request to replace 19 windows and infill door opening. 553 S. Seventh St.: Installation of a roof solar panel. 241 E. Liberty St.: Request to build storefront signage and awnings. 306 N. Division St.: Request to build a new entrance canopy. 615 Turner Park Court: Request to build a rear addition to house. 519 Third St.: Request to build a rear addition to house.
