A portion of Huron River Drive closed Thursday for railroad crossing work
Huron River Drive between Tubbs Road and Wagner Road will be closed beginning Thursday morning through Friday night while Norfolk Southern Railway performs maintenance at the railroad crossing.
That portion of the road will be closed to all traffic and the posted detour is Zeeb Road to Miller Road to Wagner Road.
This is a temporary road closure according to the information from the Washtenaw County Road Commission and the work is weather dependent and subject to change.

You reported previously that the railroad crossing over Zeeb won't open until Friday, so I assume you mean for people coming in from the west, taking NORTHBOUND Zeeb to Miller, east to Wagner. Your previous article gave the impression that for those of getting onto SOUTHBOUND Zeeb from Joy Road, we can't continue south on Zeeb past the railroad crossing. A detour sign at Stein and Tubbs indicated yesterday that Tubbs was the Maple Road detour. Now there's a detour sign, for Timberwood Road and River Pines Drive residents especially, indicating EAST DELHI as the detour, not Zeeb. It is closer to the Miller and Wagner intersection than Zeeb is, and so is the northernmost stretch of West Delhi.

So I assume Zeeb is open today? It was closed at the RR just South of Huron River Drive yesterday. Wow! Hard to keep up with all this, but good they are doing it.
