An Ann Arbor man is accused of sexually assaulting a child he was babysitting for on June 2, police said.
Aldarryllian Talyal Gordon, 34, of Hikone Road, was arraigned Wednesday at the Washtenaw County Jail on a charge of first-degree criminal sexual conduct, Ann Arbor police Det. Bill Stanford said.
Gordon was arrested at his home Tuesday after the boy, who is under the age of 10, was interviewed at the Washtenaw Child Advocacy Center, Stanford said. According to Stanford, Gordon has no criminal record.
Police are releasing few details about the case because of the ongoing investigation.
Gordon is being held at the county jail. Jail officials did not have details on his bond information this morning.

Why are people that commit these type of crimes not locked away for life? This damages an innocent child's LIFE, so why doesn't the rapist get LIFE or DEATH?!!?!?!
