The Salvation Army of Washtenaw County and WAAM Talk 1600 are seeking more donations for their Angel Tree toy drive.

The drive aims to collect 1,600 items by Friday, Dec. 11 to distribute to boys and girls throughout the county.

Toys and books are being collected by the Salvation Army.

Angel Trees distributed throughout the area contain “angels” with a child’s name and wish list. Collection sites will accept books, board games, hats, gloves, toys and undergarments for children from newborns through age 14.
