Ann Arbor boy wins Pokemon World Championship

Ann Arbor's 10-year-old Brian Hough took first place in the 2011 junior division Pokemon World Champion in San Diego, according to a report in the Ann Arbor Journal.

This is the second year in a row the Daycroft Montessori School of Ann Arbor fifth-grader competed in the world championship tournament, coming in fourth last year during the contest in Hawaii.

With the win, Brian receives a berth to the 2012 world championship in Hawaii, according to the report.
