By Ryan J. Stanton

Got a question about what's happening in city government right now?

Ann Arbor City Council Member Carsten Hohnke, D-5th Ward, will take calls from residents live tonight on CTN's "Ward Talk."

The program, which airs at 7 p.m. on CitiTV 19, is produced by CTN's Rob Cross. Ward Talk features a different city council member each month discussing current issues and answering calls.

Residents are encouraged to call in to CTN's studio line at 734-794-6155 with questions for Hohnke.

The city is currently in the middle of a budget crisis. City Administrator Roger Fraser announced at a council retreat this month that the city must trim its budget by 30 percent over three years and major cuts are being discussed for police and fire services.

For more information about Hohnke, visit his Web site. He can be reached by e-mail at chohnke@a2gov.org.

Ward Talk is replayed Thursdays at 5:30 p.m., Saturdays at 10 a.m., Tuesdays at 5:30 p.m. and Wednesday at 7 p.m.
