Jeff Harshe of MAV Development stands in the newly gutted 303 Detroit St., which used to be home to Sweet Lorraine's restaurant. “The kitchen’s gone, the bathrooms are gone,” said Harshe. “It’s down to shell space.” The reason for gutting, he said: “It wasn’t working the way it was.” Read the whole story here.
