Ann Arbor police seek man accused of sexually assaulting juvenile

Update:Tip leads Ann Arbor police to man sought on sexual assault charges

Ann Arbor police are asking for the public's help in finding a local resident accused of sexually assaulting a juvenile.

Samuel Edward Grevious, 37, is charged with five counts of criminal sexual conduct, including counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct.

Detective Bill Stanford, who is investigating the case, declined to release details about the accusations against Grevious. He also did not release the age of the victim.

Stanford said Grevious, who has a criminal record, is still believed to be in the area.

Police have been seeking Grevious since the allegations were reported Friday.

Grevious is 6 feet 5 inches tall and weighs 250 pounds. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call Stanford at 734-794-6930, ext. 49318, the anonymous tip line at 734-794-6939 or e-mail TIPS@a2gov.org.
