Ann Arbor woman hospitalized with minor injuries after being hit by a car
An Ann Arbor woman was taken to the University of Michigan Hospital with minor injuries after being hit by a car, according to Ann Arbor police.
Around 7:30 p.m., the woman was crossing East Huron Street along Fourth Avenue when she was struck by a car. Police said she was still talking and was alert when emergency personnel arrived.

My neighbor had surgery two days after the accident to repair the damage to her knees and legs...minor injuries when one is over 55 is not always minor...she will be recuperating for quite a while.
