Although we may not be experiencing the same balmy weather we did in March of 2012, the season of flip-flops and shorts is right around the corner.

To celebrate the upcoming arrival of spring we've complied some pictures captured by the AnnArbor.com and MLive staff over the past few months. While some made the most of the cold dark months by breaking out their skis and snowshoes, others made an escape for warmer temperatures.
