Carolers from The Arbor Consort bring holiday cheer to U-M hospital patients

By AnnArbor.com Freelance Journalist

Singers from The Arbor Consort caroled through the halls of the University of Michigan’s University Hospital on Sunday afternoon, bringing holiday cheer to patients and staff.

Singers from the group wore traditional Victorian costumes while strolling through the hospital from 1:30-4 p.m. For more than 20 years, the U-M Health System’s Gifts of Art has brought singers from The Arbor Consort to University Hospital during the holiday season.

Photographer Chris Asadian captured these images.

A big thank you to the singers! My mother is a patient at U of M Hospital, she was thrilled to hear the carolers, she said they sang beautifully and they really cheered her up!!
