Chelsea police arrest man after stalking complaint
A 21-year-old man was arrested last week after his former fiancee accused him of stalking her, Chelsea police said.
The 32-year-old woman told police on June 6 that her 2009 Jeep was keyed. Damage was estimated at about $1,800.
Chelsea Police Chief Ed Toth said there had been repeated complaints of stalking by the woman against the 21-year-old man, and police had responded to the address in the 600 block of West Middle Street before, but the woman refused to press charges.
This time the man was arrested and taken to the county jail. He was expected to face a charge of aggravated stalking.

Why complain if you don't plan to press charges?

I guess the stalking continues until one is able to press charges. Damage up to $1,800 this time, who knows about previous damage. Enough is enough!
