"The vehicles were believed to be in the median and not blocking the freeway," Bet that doesn't keep traffic from backing up for miles in BOTH DIRECTIONS anyway because of rubbernecks. IMO rubbernecking should be a felony...just make it illegal to look at an accident if you're going to drive by it...period. That way people who are willing to stop and help can still do so...and everyone else will be encourage to just keep driving and not interfere with traffic flow.

You're kidding right Billy? Take a deep breath and relax, it's not that big of a deal to get all bent out of shape over traffic jams. I suggest you never even step foot in the state of California if you can't handle small backups. I was in this backup this morning and it delayed me by maybe 5-7 minutes. Westbound was find and not backed up, so your "bet" was inaccurate. So you want to make "rubbernecking" a felony? Great, how do you suggest we enforce the law? If you look somewhere near an accident it's a felony? LOL Good luck with that one. Deep breaths... Deep breaths.. Oxygen deprivation is a shame.
