A Commerce Township man is accused of sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl at her York Township home on Monday, Michigan State Police said.
Mark Alexander Uhrin, 19, was arraigned Thursday at the Washtenaw County Jail on one count of third-degree criminal sexual conduct involving force or coercion and two counts of third-degree criminal sexual conduct involving a victim between 13 and 15 years old.
Uhrin was released on a personal recognizance bond.
Troopers say they learned of the alleged assaults after the girl was admitted to the University of Michigan Hospital. Details of the allegations weren't available today.
Uhrin is a high school graduate with no criminal record who plans to attend Oakland Community College in the fall. He told Magistrate Thomas Truesdell that he has been working in Flint this summer doing demolition work.
Truesdell ordered Uhrin have no contact with the girl and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Aug. 12.
