Police say two men armed with what appeared to be an "old fashioned musket" robbed two people out for a walk Sunday.

The robbery occurred in the area of Deer Creek Drive and Textile Road in Ypsilanti Township.

The victims told police they were walking when two people armed with a gun demanded money. The robbers left in a silver station wagon, driving toward Textile Road from Deer Track Drive.

The robbers were described as black and about 20 years old. One was 5 feet 10 inches tall and the other was 5 feet 7 inches tall and was wearing a blue bandana over his face.

No further details were available this afternoon.
