This also slowed my morning commute. I can confirm I also saw 3 police cars. I didn't see the car in the ditch, but I saw an undamaged vehicle on the side of the road and an investigator rummaging through the brush, so I thought maybe there was a crime committed there. Glad to hear it was no crime, but too bad for the victim and his family.

My husband saw the car down in the ditch on the eastbound side near Huron View. It was before the Main St. entrance on to M-14. He said 3 State Police cars were on the scene when he went by.
