Crash affecting traffic on southbound US-23 at Joy Road north of Ann Arbor

A three-car crash on southbound US-23 at Joy Road north of Ann Arbor is slowing traffic in the area this morning.
Just after 9 a.m., a Washtenaw County Sheriff's Department dispatcher said one of the cars is partially blocking the right lane.
