Crash slows traffic on I-94 east of Ann Arbor

By Cindy Heflin

A crash was slowing traffic on Interstate 94 east of Ann Arbor Thursday morning.

The crash, on westbound I-94 near Michigan Avenue, was not believed to be blocking the roadway, but a Google map showed a significant backup on the freeway.

Further information, including how many cars were involved, was not immediately available. Michigan State Police had not yet reached the crash, a dispatcher with the Washtenaw County Sheriff’s Office said just before 8 a.m.

Whew! With all that info from those investigative reporters is so chucked full of info i fully understand what happened. Why write an article that is sooooo lacking anything informative. Including the i assume stock photo of a MSP trooper with a radar gun. Was he looking for speeders at the scene? Lame, but yet no story or photos about the cintas truck that caught fire at the A2 fiat dealership parking lot. So heres my try at reporting what i drove by There were 3 A2 fd trucks blocking the right lane of stadium blvd. On the side of the post office. There was what appeared to be debris that was all over the parking lot. Oh sorry the A2 fd trucks were two facing the direction of big georges and the other facing the opposite way towards the big m car wash. Oh wait how about 5 more articles about the "abrupt" retirement A2 superintendent.... Cause i dont care about that or her. Lets see how i get bashed for this comment ya whoooo!

A crash is what occured. "Accident" implies it was a matter of chance which is unlikely to be the case. Driver error or vehicle malfunction are likely causes as opposed to "rolling the dice."
