15-year-old boy arrested near scene of attempted burglary in Ypsilanti
A 15-year-old boy was arrested on warrants Friday after he was found in the area of an attempted burglary in Ypsilanti, police said.
A resident in the 300 block of Jarvis Street called police at 8:20 p.m. to report someone attempted to break into the residence, but was scared off, reports said.
Officers found the 15-year-old nearby, and a check revealed he was wanted on two probation warrants, reports said. He was arrested.
The boy's possible involvement in the attempted burglary remains under investigation, police said.

Sad because of his age? You need to get out more and see the real world. The reality is the criminals are getting younger and younger. The juvenile laws need to be revamped to reflect this. Your ideological belief that these poor kids just need guidance will continue to fuel the juvenile criminal fire. Good luck folks, because they are getting younger and more violent.

This is sad, just 15 yrs. old and already had 2 warrants?
