The good thing about this is apparently the car was locked. The bad thing is that apparntly the purse was in full view to a passerby. The terrible thing, the thief has access to cash, credit cards ect. It seems as though purses being stolen is on the rise big time. This person had only left her car for minutes. The theft might have been prevented if the purse was put under the seat or in the trunk.
