this isn't much of an excuse but my husband works for another cable company and they leave their vans running for the heat and because of their power inverters and stuff...but my husband has an extra key so he can lock his van at the same time, but he had to pay for the extra key himself

Stupid can't be fixed! I often see UPS, and FED-EX doing the same.

There is a chance that the suspect would have returned the van between the hours of 8 am and 3 pm.

"A detailed description of the man was not available." I'd guess it was a white van with Comcast printed across it in very large letters. duh. No loss to Comcast, they'll just raise their rates another $20 per month and make a profit on replacing the van.

That's really smart.... leaving the van running with the keys in it. Does this mean I have to wait longer for a technician, now that there will be one less?
