54 serious crimes reported in the week? but we don't need cops in cars, on foot or on bikes. nope, we don't. because mayor hieftje and our wonderful city council say we don't have crime, let alone serious crime in ann arbor. yep. it's all in your head taxpaying people of ann arbor. you are imagining the burgeoning crime stats in ann arbor.

Way too much serious crime for a one week period. Is this a map of Flint? Ypsilanti? Great idea to lay off more cops. Time to move out of here.

Both cities have a lot of crime. I'm not going to argue you on that. But who gives you your facts? Ypsi had 1309 violent crimes per 100,000 residents in 2008 according to the FBI. Ann Arbor had 256. Not sure how you can call that the same. But in the last 3 years, I'm sure Ann Arbor has made up some serious ground.

ann arbor and ypsi have about the same amount of crime, so if your trying to make some type of joke just say flint or detroit or something because those places actually have alot of crime.....fyi
