Washtenaw County sheriff's deputies recovered a vehicle in Superior Township Wednesday that was stolen Saturday during a carjacking in Livingston County, a sheriff's department media summary said.

An 18-year-old Superior Township resident was arrested after deputies responded to a reckless driving complaint and found the car unoccupied in the 1000 block of Weeping Willow Court, the summary said.

According to the summary, deputies say the person who was later arrested had been driving the vehicle at some point.

Washtenaw County prosecutors are reviewing the case for possible criminal charges.
