By AnnArbor.com Staff

Hamburg Township police nabbed two people believed to be responsible for a series of car break-ins over the past six months.

Police are currently seeking six counts of breaking and entering a motor vehicle against a 20-year-old Chelsea resident and an 18-year-old Pinckney resident.

Police said numerous items have been recovered during the investigation, and they're now trying to reunite the stolen items with their owners.

Officer Tony Wallace said in a press release that some people may not have reported the thefts when they occurred.

Anyone who had items stolen from vehicles in Hamburg Township is asked to call 810-231-9391.
