I-96 corridor shootings suspect back in court Wednesday
Raulie Casteel, the man accused in the Interstate 96 corridor shootings, was scheduled to be back in court Wednesday for two hearings, MLive reported
The hearings are to discuss the possibility of Casteel waiving his right to a pretrial hearing within 14 days of his arraignment.
Casteel was arraigned last week on 66 felony charges related to the string of shootings that from Oct. 16 to Oct. 27 that occurred on and near I-96 in Livingston, Oakland, Ingham and Shiawassee counties. He is being held without bond in the Livingston County Jail.
Police said the shooter fired from his car as he drove, mostly at other cars. One person was injured.
