Investigation into bank robbery in Ypsilanti Township continues

Washtenaw County sheriff's deputies continue to investigate a bank robbery Tuesday morning on Washtenaw Avenue in Ypsilanti Township, sheriff's Cmdr. Dieter Heren said.

A man walked into Citizens Bank at 3075 Washtenaw Avenue at 10:30 a.m., implied he had a weapon and made off with an undisclosed amount of money, Heren said.

So far, no arrests have been made. Investigators did not have a description of the man.
