Items stolen from living room of South State Street home, Ann Arbor police say

By Lee Higgins

An Xbox, backpack and calculator were stolen from the living room of a South State Street home Thursday morning, Ann Arbor police said.

Two male residents, ages 20 and 21, went to bed about 1 a.m. and woke up eight hours later to find the items gone, police said.

A door to the house, which is in the street's 1200 block, was left unlocked, police said.

Yes, everyone should lock their doors. No, no one deserves to be a victim of a crime. Don't be ridiculous. We need to take Ann Arbor back... somehow.

You HAVE to lock your doors, otherwise you are asking for trouble. Should be no brainer!!!!!!!

If you leave your doors unlocked, I don't believe you should be allowed to make a police report. Just saying
