By Lee Higgins

A 60-year-old Ypsilanti man was arrested Monday morning after he exposed himself to someone while he was in his car in a Carpenter Road parking lot, Pittsfield Township police said.

Officers responded to the lot outside Midwest Financial Credit Union at 9 a.m. Monday and saw the man in the front passenger seat of his car wearing only his underwear, Lt. Brandon Williams said. Police say the man is homeless.

Charges of indecent exposure are pending.

Is it really the same guy? If he is homeless, I really doubt he would still have a car.

Aw c'mon this is elitism and gentrification at it's finest. If he's homeless where the heck else is he supposed to expose himself?

I thought the homeless were people that we should embrace? Here this poor homeless man probably had nothing else to wear do to the downturn in the economy and what do the police do? Arrest him.
