Man arrested for indecent exposure in downtown Ann Arbor

A 43-year-old man was arrested this morning in downtown Ann Arbor after police said he exposed himself to a woman.
The man was arrested about 1:25 a.m. and later released, pending charges, police Sgt. Andrew Zazula said.
Zazula said the man lives in Washtenaw County, but could not be more specific. Police did not have further details on the incident this morning.
The man is not believed to be responsible for any other crimes in the city, police said, including the 6 recent attacks on women.

What I want to know is why clothes are a "requirement" and not an "option"? I was not born with clothes on. Neither was my dog. If he can walk down the street showing his Junk why can't I? Actually he might intimidate certain men if you know what I mean !!! Yet he isn't taken to the pound every time he is walked ! Free Willie, or the guy who was showing his off.

Why are private parts such a big deal? We see penises all over art/pornography/european tabloids. But when someone's johnson slips out one time, some people think you should be on the sex offender list. I think everyone should relax and embrace the fact that we have funny looking organs between our legs.

Um, I am assuming this is tongue-in-cheek? Of course "johnsons" are amusing in appearance but men exposing themselves in public is deviant behavior.

Who knows, maybe there should be a red light district in A2. Then people can get there primal urges out. Humans are animals in the first place, and in a town like A2 where it's sometimes hard to find a willing mate, can drive these urges to a point of desperation. But maybe he was just tucking in his shirt and the lady shouldn't have been looking at his crotch. When people are scared they sometimes see things in a different way, like when Snow White ran into the woods running from certain death, all of a sudden she saw the trees come alive and evil eyes and branches trying to capture her. The medial part of the brain is responsible for this reaction. '

I'll never be able to understand what must be going through the mind of someone who does this. Is there some sort of primal, animal urge here buried deep somewhere in some lines of DNA? Can't wait for the mugshot.
