Man exposes himself to woman on Prospect Avenue in Ann Arbor

About 6:40 p.m., the 19-year-old woman's sister dropped her off at the apartment, police said. As she was about to enter the back door, she looked to her left and saw a man near a garbage can, police spokeswoman Lt. Renee Bush said. The man said something, then pulled down his pants, exposing his genitals, police said.

The woman did not hear what the man said. According to police, the victim's sister also witnessed the incident.

The man was described as white, 6 feet tall, 18 to 22 years of age and weighing about 200 pounds. He had brown hair and was wearing gray sweatpants and a sweatshirt.
