Sheriff's office arrests man wanted for sexual assault on child
Washtenaw County Sheriff’s Office deputies have arrested and jailed a man who they say sexually assaulted a child under the age of 13.

Andrew Arron-Darnell Atkins was wanted for unlawful touching and assaulting a child under the age of 13 for an offense that happened on May 12, according to sheriff’s office Sgt. Thomas Pennington.
Police announced Atkins’ arrest, and subsequent lodging at the Washtenaw County Jail, Thursday evening.
Police are not able to give more information about the alleged incident because the victim involved in the case is younger than 13 years old.
