Police arrest man unable to explain why he was in resident's apartment
Ann Arbor police arrested one man after a resident returned home and found the man unable to explain why he was in the resident's South University Avenue apartment.
Detective Lt. Robert Pfannes said the 18-year-old Ann Arbor man came home at 1:15 a.m. Saturday to his apartment in the 1300 block of South University Avenue. Pfannes said the intruder was unable to explain what he was doing there.
The resident called police, and the two scuffled when the intruder tried to leave the apartment before police arrived. The intruder was arrested when police arrived. Nothing was reported stolen, Pfannes said.

Here are a couple: 1) I had too much to drink and I "thought" I was in my own house. 2) I sleep walk at night. Thank God this young man was here to wake me up and send me back home. 3) My cat got out and I saw him come into this apartment 4) I needed some milk for my cereal 5) I am lost and I walked into the wrong house.

This is funny........duh, I thought I was in my own apartment......but I guess I was wrong. Of course, as long as he doesn't admit to being there to steal items, they can't charge the pink with attempted burglary. Or can they.........

What? Couldn't come up with something besides "looking for something to steal"? Bah the state of education in our society today...
