University of Michigan police are investigating a report that a man exposed himself to a woman inside the Shapiro Undergraduate Library Tuesday afternoon.
A man approached the exterior of the third-floor glassed-in reading room of the library at 919 S. University Ave. and exposed himself to a woman inside the room about 3 p.m., police said in a crime summary. He then fled on foot.
The man was described as a white, 18-24 years old, 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighing 140-150 pounds with a medium build and short dark hair. His face was unshaven and he had brown eyes and a large nose, the summary said. He was wearing a dark blue or black T-shirt and khaki plaid pants.

We haven't had one of these reports in awhile. I would attribute that to the cold weather, however this incident occurred indoors.
