A purse was stolen from a pickup truck this morning on Pearl Street after a rock was thrown through a passenger-side window, an Ypsilanti police incident log said.

A 21-year-old woman reported the theft in the street's 700 block at 2:22 a.m., the log said. The purse contained credit cards, cash, a camera and other items.
