Sex offender cited for urinating in public, Ypsilanti police say

A registered sex offender from Redford Township was cited this morning for urinating in public, an Ypsilanti police incident log said.
The 29-year-old man allegedly urinated on the pavement at about 12:44 a.m. while standing outside his car on the west side of a gas station in the 500 block of Michigan Avenue, the log said.
An officer saw the incident, cited the man and released him, the log said.

Lee... What does the fact that this guy is a registered sex offender have to do with the fact that he was cited for urinating in public? My guess... it's not post worthy without the term 'sex' in the headline?
