Television stolen from Red Roof Inn, Ann Arbor police say
A flat-screen television was reported stolen Saturday morning from a room at the Red Roof Inn on South State Street, Ann Arbor police said.
The television, valued at more than $500, was removed from a wall, police spokeswoman Lt. Renee Bush said.
The theft was reported at 9:30 a.m. Saturday after a guest who stayed in the room checked out, Bush said. So far, no arrests have been made.

The guest didn't want a room, wanted a flat screen TV. The room fee was much cheaper than having to go out and purchase a $500.00 ++ TV. Now the theif (if caught) will pay more than the TV and room was worth.
