By AnnArbor.com Staff

Two cars parked in the 300 block of Village Green Boulevard in Ann Arbor Township were broken into Friday, Washtenaw County sheriff's deputies said.

Both vehicles had their driver's side windows smashed, and Garmin GPS systems were taken sometime overnight, police said. No suspects have been identified.

In addition, never leave the GPS holder, that attaches to the front window, in your car either. Your GPS may not be in the car, but the thief will only find that out after they break into your car.

Never leave your GPS in the car, that's like having a bulleye on your car saying "steal me!"

hmm...I used to live there. Nice neighborhood, used to need a pass to get in the gate (at least at night). So unless the gates are no longer in use sounds like some neighborhood rabble to me...
